Learning is Long-Term
Thriving in today’s environment depends on staying sharp.
We are excited about continual education, because growing our minds is a key element of “Perennial Growth”. Some might say it’s scary how fast the world is changing around us - we say it’s exciting. This excitement stems from our “Abundance Mindset”. Scarcity says change is scary, but abundance embraces change as an opportunity for growth.
Protomet offers formal training programs as catalysts for your Perennial Growth journey - mental, physical, spiritual, emotional. This catalyst is simply a spark that must become a flame. We desire to help you find that spark that energizes you, that you can embrace deeply throughout your own growth journey.

Smartsheet Training - KPI Focus
Smartsheet is a foundational skill for anyone at Protomet today. Dive deep into what goes into the KPI reporting numbers for all of our departments! More and more, it’s becoming common currency in the job market, similar to basic skills effectively reading, writing, and communicating ideas. Smartsheet skills can leapfrog you over the competition as you look to add value to your organization and develop yourself. In the manufacturing context, the ability to pull raw data from your operational area and then refine that data is a key to understanding what’s really going on. With this skill you have the analytical backing to support your initiatives, report on progress, etc.
